KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Seven militants were killed on Tuesday when explosives they were carrying in a car went off in southern Kandahar province, an official said.
The incident took place in the morning in the Kundal Manu area of Shah Walikot district, said the governor’s spokesman, Javed Faisal.
He told Pajhwok Afghan News only occupants of the car suffered casualties in the blast. Security forces, who reached the site, collected two Kalashnikovs.
