3 dead, 22 wounded in Ghazni bus-truck collision

GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): At least three people were killed and 22 others wounded in a traffic accident on the Kabul-Kandahar highway in southern Ghazni province on Wednesday, an official said.

The accident took place in Aziz Kala area, where a truck collided with a bus, leaving three people dead and 18 others wounded, Traffic Director Mohammadullah Ahmadi told Pajhwok Afghan News.

But Civil Hospital Director Baz Mohammad Himmat said 22 wounded and three dead bodies had been evacuated to the hospital.

A month earlier, one person was killed and a dozen others wounded in a traffic mishap in the Gilan district of the province.
