Management of security institutions in north needs review: Ghani

The briefing, organised by the Shahin Military Corps, was also attended by Balkh Governor Atta Mohammad Noor and top security officials.

He said security forces should eliminate all militants in the northern region before spring.“Balkh is important for the security and stability of the north; we should keep that stability,” he said.
