KABUL (Pajhwok): A bodyguard of President Ashraf Ghani has been stabbed to death in limits of the 3rd police district of Kabul, an official said on Tuesday.
Nasrat Rahimi, deputy spokesman for the interior ministry, confirmed the guard’s body was found in the Kart-i-Chahar area of Kabul. However, he did not provide details about the victim’s identity.
Meanwhile, a security official — speaking on condition of anonymity — identified the bodyguard as Hamid Kirmani, who was stabbed to death by unidentified attacker.
