KABUL (Pajhwok): Prominent political analyst Wahid Muzhda was killed in an armed attack late Wednesday in Kabul city, an official said.
Ministry of Interior spokesman Nasrat Rahimi told Pajhwok Afghan News that Muzhda was attacked by two motorcyclists near the Russian Embassy in Kabul city at around 5pm.
He said Wahid Muzhda was on his way to a mosque from his home when came under attack in the jurisdiction of the seven police district of Kabul City.
Rahimi said the incident was being investigated.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
