KABUL Bank (DAB) injured in an armed attack in western Herat province on Friday, an official said.
Tariq Aryan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior (MoI), said these employees were stationed in the Islam Qala Port.
The employees were on their way from Islam Qala to Herat City when ambushed in the Ahmadabad locality of Kahsan district. Police were informed before police embarked on journey.
Aryan said police reached the site of the incident and launched investigation. No group claimed responsibility for the blast.
