CHARIKAR were killed in a traffic accident in central Parwan province on Thursday, an official said on Thursday.
Mohammad Reza Bayat, director of traffic police confirmed the accident that happened in the port area on Ḡorband-Charikar Road.
The victims were mother and daughter who were waiting on a roadside when a corolla type vehicle with high speed crashed them, he said, adding the driver of the car was arrested.
