1 policeman killed, 2 wounded in Kabul blast

KABUL (Pajhwok): One policeman was killed and two others wounded when a land mine struck their pick-up in limits of 12^th police district of Kabul on Wednesday morning, an official said.

Police spokesman Ferdos Faramarz said the landmine hit a pick-up at around 6:55am early in the morning.

He said two policemen were killed and two others wounded. However, he said investigation was underway into the bombing.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast.
