NCP vehicles’ movement banned in the country

KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Security Council (NSC) on Sunday announced any import of non-customs-paid (NCP) vehicles would be monitored and its registration process would be facilitated.

In a statement, NSC said a meeting of senior security officials chaired by Hamdullah Mohib, National Security Advisor, was attended by Mohammad Khalid Painda, Acting Minister of Finance.

According to the source, the meeting decided that any import of NCP (only-key) vehicles will be monitored, and at the same time, it will be easier for such vehicles to receive documents.

The source said based on the procedure set by the MoF, after the month of Hamal of 1400 solar year, NCP vehicle’s movement would be banned.
