KABUL (Pajhwok): Over 630 people have contracted coronavirus in the past 24 hours nationwide, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said on Friday.
As many as 3,156 suspected patients referred to different laboratories for coronavirus test in which 631 people tested positive.
With new cases the total number of coronavirus patients reached to 147,154 in the country.
Twenty-four people have died from the virus in the past 24 hours taking the total number of deaths to 6,708.
