PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Ten security personnel have been killed in the Taliban attack in central Logar province, according to security sources on Thursday.
The Taliban stormed the Mir Abdal check-post on Wednesday night in Pul-i-Alam, the provincial capital, killing 10 security personnel and captured the check-post.
Ten Kalashnikovs, two machine guns, a rocket and other weapons and ammunition seized by the Taliban in the attack.
The Taliban confirmed they carried out the attack.
