KABUL (Pajhwok): The Hezb-i-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) says formal talks between political leaders and Taliban will begin once Taliban leaders reach Kabul.
Recent meetings held between the two sides after Taliban’s entry into Kabul were informal, Gulbadin Hekmatyar said in an interview.
