KABUL (Pajhwok): About 550 tons of pine nuts have been exported to China from Afghanistan through 10 flights of air corridors.
Wang Yu, Chinese ambassador to Afghanistan, said that so far 550 tonnes of pine nuts exported in 10 flights from Afghanistan to China and 26 tonns of the dried fruit had been sold online in China in within minutes.
He said the exports through air corridor from Afghanistan to China would continue and these opportunities would increase.
Meanwhile, Nazar Mohammad Motmin, a government official, tweeted that the air corridors were used imaginary and campaign, but not they were real air corridors.
He wrote: “In the past three weeks, 550 tons of pine nuts have been exported, we are ahead of our rivals.”
