AIBAK (Pajhwok): Officials of northwestern Samangan province on Wednesday said QariFasihuddinFitrat, the chief of army staff, is visiting the province.
KhairkhwahSamangani, governor’s spokesman of Samangan, told Pajhwok Afghan News that MulaviAmanuddin Mansour, commander of the Air Force, also accompanied Fitrat on his trip to the province.
He said that Mulavi Abdul RahmanKundazi, the governor of Samangan province, met with QariFassihuddinFitrat and his accompanying delegation this morning, Wednesday.
The purpose ofFitrat’s trip is to visit military and security units in the north of the country, he added.
