KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 16 individuals have been arrested in connection with various crimes, the Ministry of Interior said on Saturday.
In a statement, the MoI said the suspects were arrested during separate operations in six provinces of the country.
The detainees are accused of crimes including murder, robbery, kidnapping, human trafficking, and selling drugs.
According to the ministry, one individual was detained in Kabul, one in Takhar, two in Kunduz, two in Samangan, two in Sar-i-Pul and eight in Nimroz provinces.
