PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): At least six people have been injured in a traffic accident in central Logar province, a security official said on Thursday.
Police spokesman Ahmadullah Anas told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident occurred in Tangi Waghjan area, where two cars collided, on Wednesday afternoon.
The collision happened due to reckless driving and the wounded people, three in critical condition, were evacuated to a local hospital by security forces, Anas added.
Accidents on the Kabul-Logar highway have lately increased due to violations of traffic rules and drivers’ negligence.
