China offers zero-tariff on majority Afghan export products

KABUL (Pajhwok): China will grant zero-tariff treatment on 98 percent of currently taxable export products of Afghanistan from December 01 this year, an official has said.

On his twitter handle, Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan Wang Yu wrote: “China will grant zero-tariff treatment on 98 percent of currently taxable products of Afg, from Dec 1. This decision is conducive to implementing China’s mutually beneficial and win-win strategy and assisting Afg to accelerate development.”

This comes that current acting government of Afghanistan often renewed its commitment for the economic prosperity and development of Afghanistan. Experts also called on government to improve the country export to improve the country’s economy.
