IEA pledges to safeguard nation’s struggles, sacrifices

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has pledged safeguard the sacrifices and struggle of the people of Afghanistan for self-determination and independence during the past decades.

In his message on the Sawar- 7th and 8th, the IEA Spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said that acting government considered the Sawar 7th a black day in the history of Afghanistan and condemn it while it celebrated and hailed the Sawar 8th as the day of independence and freedom for Afghanistan.

He added: “Sawar 8th —- April, 28, 1992 — marked the freedom and independence day for the people of Afghanistan when the communist led government was defeated.”

“The fact that our country now gets freedom from the US occupation and an Islamic system had been imposed, the IEA will strive to safeguard the sacrifices and struggles of its people and make sure that the dreams of martyrs which was the establishment of an Islamic system is fully established in the country.”

He reaffirmed that the IEA would make sure that realized the dreams of all Jihads and provide a peaceful and prepare life to its people under the Islamic system.
