MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): One child has been killed and another injured as a result of a traffic accident in central Wardak province, police said on Monday.
In a statement, the police headquarters said the accident took place on the Kabul-Ghazni highway in Syedabad district on Sunday afternoon, when a car collided with motorcycle.
As a result of the accident, one child lost his life while another was wounded and taken to a local hospital.
