KABUL (Pajhwok): United Nations will hold a meeting on Afghanistan in the second half of January this year.
Russia’s special representative Zamir Kabulov was quoted as saying by TASS news agency: “Currently, we are waiting for a specific date for the invitation from the United Nations. Everyone will discuss the matter there.”
He said representatives of countries involved in Afghan affairs would be present at the potential meeting that was expected to be held under the supervision of UN.
