KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 162 Palestinians have been killed and another 296 injured in latest bombardment by Israeli forces on the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Israeli forces “struck over 100 targets” across Gaza during the past 24 hours, including military positions, rocket launch sites, and weapons depots, according to Arab News.
The death toll mounted in the overnight Israeli attacks on southern and central Gaza. At least 18, including many women and children, were killed in Khan Younis’s al-Manara neighbourhood, Al Jazeera reported.
The Palestinian death toll from the Israeli army’s ongoing attacks on Gaza since Oct. 7 has risen to 22,600, with 57,910 injured, the ministry added.
