ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Two alleged members of Daesh group have been killed and a third captured alive by security forces during an operation in Sawkai district of eastern Kunar province last night.
Kunar police spokesman Farid Dehqan told Pajhwok joint security forces killed two Daesh affiliates and captured one alive in Sapidar Tangi area last night.
He added that the arrested persons were currently under preliminary investigation.
Two weapons were recovered from the detainees.
