MAHMOODRAQI (Pajhwok): Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy over murdering his mother, a minor sister and an 18-month old brother in central Kapisa province.
The police headquarters said the boy gunned down his mother, 6-year-old sister and one and a half years old brother in Qorotak village of first police district.
Police spokesman Abdul Fatah Faiz said security forces arrested the boy on Monday.
He said the boy had confessed to his crime in preliminary investigation.
