KABUL ministerial meeting in Berlin, the foreign ministry in Kabul said.
Foreign ministers from NATO and partner countries will meet in the German capital from Wednesday through Friday to discuss Afghanistan and other issues, including the situation in Libya.
Rasoul would underline the need for long-term Afghan-NATO cooperation, the security transition to Afghan forces and an end to civilian casualties during counterinsurgency operations, the ministry said.
Rasoul will also meet US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and his French and Turkish counterparts, as well as NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, on issues of mutual interest.
