The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has asked the neighbouring countries to exercise restraint regarding the expulsion of Afghan refugees and avoid mistreatment of Afghans there.
About 66 Afghans have returned to Afghanistan after being released from Pakistani prisons, according to the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR).
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) says 1,151 Afghan children have been deported from Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey over the past six months.
As many 28 deported criminals, including rapists and repeat offenders, have been released on assurances from Kabul jail, Spiegel magazine said on Saturday.
