KHOST CITY (PAN institute, manned by qualified teachers, started functioning in the capital of southeastern Khost province on Sunday.
Governor Abdul Jabbar Naeemi, parliamentarians, provincial council members, teachers, religious scholars and students attended the opening ceremony for the Pamir Higher Education Institute.
Prof. Syed Karim Shah Nekmal, the institute’s founder, said the organisation, registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, had departments of economics, computer science and English literature.
