KABUL, on Tuesday, killing at least seven people.
At least 30 people were wounded in the explosion inside a bogie near Sibi railway station, reported the private TV channel Express News, monitored here.
The Jaffarabad Express was on its way to Rawalpindi from Quetta, the provincial capital. Rescue teams rushed to the site and launched an operation.
Fire brigade vehicles have also reached the area, extinguishing the bogey that caught fire as a result of the explosion.
Dr Ghulam Sarwar of Civil Hospital confirmed receiving at least 30 injured passengers. Security officials cordoned off the area. The victims included women and children.
