KABUL (Pajhwok): Foreign ministers from Russia, China and India meet in New Delhi today (Monday) for discussions on issues of common interest, foreign media reports said.
The 15th meeting of the Russia-India-China (RIC) group is expected to confer on Afghanistan, the Middle East and the Korean Peninsula, the Russian Foreign Ministry says.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also and his Russian counterpart Sergey V. Lavrov arrived in New Delhi on Sunday to participate in the trilateral meeting.
According to ANI news agency, the meeting will also be attended by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. International and regional issues of mutual interest are on the agenda.
The campaign against terrorism and drug-trafficking and the 7,200-kilometer International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) connecting India, Iran, Afghanistan and Central Asia with Europe will also figure at the three-way talks.
