KABUL (Pajhwok): No date has been firmed up yet for a meeting of the extended Troika on Afghanistan, says a Russian diplomat.
Representatives from Russia, the US, China and Pakistan were expected to meet this month in Kabul on the current situation in Afghanistan.
TASS news agency quoted Russia’s Special Presidential Envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov as saying: “There is no date yet.”
The next meeting of the extended Troika was planned to be held in Kabul by the end of the current month, the diplomat had said earlier.
The previous meeting of the extended Troika was held in Islamabad on November 11, 2021.
