Child injured during playing dies in Uruzgan

TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): A 10-year-old boy was injured while playing with friends in the Chora district of central Uruzgan province and died on the way to hospital.

According to the Uruzgan Department of Information and Culture, the incident took place in Akhtar Mohammad Wiyala area of Chora district where the children were playing and bathing.

The department said in a statement that the child was accidentally hit in the head with a stone hurled by another child and died on the way to hospital.
