Afghanistan beats Bangladesh in volleyball contest  

ATLANTA (Pajhwok): Afghanistan has defeated Bangladesh in a volleyball championship match played in Iran, according to media report on Friday.

Asian Volleyball Championship is currently played between 17 countries in Iran.

Earlier, Afghanistan faced India and Qatar but was unable to win its matches. Afghanistan contested for 13^th and 14the position with Bangladesh and Kazakhstan.
