KABUL (Pajhwok): Four different projects costing 40 million afghanis have been completed in as many areas of central capital Kabul, the municipality said on Thursday.
In a post on X, the Kabul Municipality said these projects had been designed and implemented by the United Nations Project Services Office in to provide work and services to the residents of neglected areas..
The projects were executed in 19th, 20th, 21st, and 25th localities of Qala-i-Wahid, Wardak Baba, Sara-i-Hirati and Ghazi Mohammad Jan Khan areas.
The Kabul municipality asked local residents to pay attention to the maintenance of newly-constructed streets to avoid their early destruction.
It added the four projects had been fundamentally completed within six months at a cost of 40 million afghanis.
According to the municipality, many people worked during the implementation of the projects.
