KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 400 tankers reportedly transporting oil for security forces caught fire overnight in Paghman district outside the capital Kabul, an official said on Saturday.

The Taliban said they launched a rocket attack on the tankers parked at the Arghandi market, destroying hundreds of the vehicles with logistics for foreign troops.

The Paghman district police chief Col. Amrullah told Pajhwok Afghan News firefighters spent all the night tackling the fire but could not control the blaze that erupted at 10:40 pm last night.
