CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Two persons have been killed in a feud between two illegal armed groups in central Parwan province, police chief said on Monday.
Col. Mohammad Masoom Farzaee told Pajhwok Afghan News that the head of the development council Malik Faridoon and another person Najibullah had been killed in an ambush by gunmen in Alikhelu locality.
After committing the crime, Faisal and Rashid fled the scene, he said, adding that police had started raids to nab the killers.
Without sharing details, he said that due to personal feud Faridoon had shot injured brother of Faisal some days back.
Haji Shamsul Haq Shaikhani, a resident of the locality, confirmed the killings and said that presence of illegal armed men was a matter of serious concern.
