KABUL which begins on March 21.
The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSMD) has prepared the grand strategy after its approval from President Ashraf Ghani and the government is committed to implementing it, said MoLSMD spokesman Abdul Fatah Eshrat Ahmadzai.
He told Pajhwok Afghan News the new jobs creating strategy would be executed in close coordination with 24 government institutions within the next five years.
Ministries and other authorities concerned had been working on the plan to identify their capacities in absorbing human power and they would unveil their respective plans in the upcoming National Work Conference.
Shah Hussain Murtazavi, deputy spokesman for the Presidential Palace, said the MoLSMD’s jobs creation strategy had been approved by the president and more discussion on the strategy would be made in the National Work Conference.
Abdul Hamid Akbar, general director of policy and programme, said the strategy focused on five major areas —investment, infrastructure, agriculture, construction, energy, transportation and dispatching work force to foreign countries.
