TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): A man has shot to death his sister and injured his mother and another sister in Tirinkot, the provincial capital of southern Uruzgan province, an official said Saturday.
Dost Mohammad Nayab, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that Musa Kalim gunned down his sister and injured his mother and another sister in Afshan locality late on Friday night as a result of family dispute.
Kalim managed to escape because Afshan locality was under control of Taliban militants.
An official at the provincial civil hospital, who wished to go unnamed, confirmed receiving two injured women at the hospital last night and said their condition was stable.
