Taliban, US talking foreign factor of Afghan conflict: Mujahid

KABUL say in a statement on Friday.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told Pajhwok  Afghan News the Afghan conflict has two sides one is foreign and another is internal, adding currently talks on the external side which involve the US was underway in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

He said detailed discussion on two issues --- one the pullout of foreign forces  and another the no use of Afghan soil against any other country --- were underway.

He said talks on these two subjects were underway and the internal issues which did not belong to US had not yet came under discussion.

He rejected discussion on other issues saying some people may have no information regarding what was going on.

The fifth round of talks between the Taliban and US delegation was underway in Doha from the past one week.
