Zaman briefs Saudi envoy on Peace Jirga, elections

KABUL (Pajhwok): Deputy and Acting Foreign Minister Idrees Zaman has held a meeting with Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Kabul Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Khalidi and discuss issues of mutual interest, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said on Tuesday.

Both sides talked about the Consultative Loya Jirga and Saudi Arabia.

Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia enjoyed brotherly relationship throughout the history.
