Blast inside a house in Aino Mena leaves 3 injured

KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): A blast took place on Thursday in the Aino Mena Township of Kandahar City, the provincial capital, but there was different reports regarding the nature of the blast and casualties.

Governor spokesman Aziz Ahmad Azizi told Pajhwok Afghan News a fire erupted in a house in the Aino Mena which was followed by a gas cylinder blast.

Three people were injured in the incident, he said.

But according to other sources the blast took place in a house belonged to Baloch tribe who came here from Baluchistan across the Durand Line.

Abdul Matin, the resident of locality said the blast was heavy and spread fear in the neighborhood. He said he was unaware how did the blast took place but people in the area were afraid.

It is worth mentioning that some months back a blast took place the house of Baloch residents which left some Baloch killed and injured.
