KABUL (Pajhwok): Hard-hitting Afghan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi has returned to the Melbourne Renegades as they look for their first Big Bash League win, reports CricTracker.

The Renegades, the reigning champions, have played eight games in this year’s edition of BBL. Remaining winless so far, they take on the Adelaide Strikers today.

Nabi will play the remainder of the tournament in the place of fast bowler Richard Gleeson. His teammate Rashid Khan is in fine form for the Strikers.

During the season so far, Khan has bagged 12 wickets, including a hat-trick. His bowling spells in the middle overs of the T20 game have particularly been impressive.
