KABUL (Pajhwok): Two people were killed as a result of magnetic bomb explosion in capital Kabul on Tuesday morning, an official said.
Police spokesman Ferdos Faramarz told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place when a magnetic bomb attached to a police pick-up went off in Badam bagh area at 8:00am.
Faramarz did not provide details whether the victims were policemen or civilians, but said that investigation was underway and information would be shared with media later on.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast.
