3 bodyguards of Kabul MP killed in gun attack

CHARIKAR province, an official said on Tuesday

Khwaja  Mohammad Hanif Siddiqui, the Qarabagh district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the dead included Ahmadzai, Amir Mohammad and Shakib.

They were bodyguards of Mohammad Anwar Oryakhel and were killed in an armed attack in the village of Pitawa in Qarabagh district late last night.

"The attack was carried out by the Taliban and security agencies have launched their investigation”,  the official added.

Pajhwok tried to talk with Oryakhel about it, but he could not be reached and no one has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
