KABUL prisoners that could help accelerate the peace process.
The CLJ begins in capital Kabul on Friday in the presence of over 3200 participants and high ranking government officials, members of cabinet and parliament.
Addressing the gathering Jihadi Leader Abdul Rab Rasoul Sayyaf said members of the Jirga should offer the government with advice which could help accelerate the peace process.
Addressing the president Sayyaf said: “You are focusing on infrastructure project which may help your name remembered for long but if you could stop the ongoing bloodshed your name would be written in the history.”
He said bloodshed was easy even a child and abnormal person could do it but stopping the bloodshed was difficult task and nobody could do it.
Head of the High National Consultativ Council (HNCC) Abdullah Abdullah was introduced as chairman of the CLJ.
