Daesh media wing in-charge among 7 arrested in Nangarhar

KABUL (Pajhwok): Seven Daesh fighters, including the group’s media in-charge, have been arrested in security forces operation in eastern Nangarhar province, according to a statement on Friday.

The arrest happened during Unite-02 of Special Forces operation on Thursday night in the Sayaf Famili locality of Sararoad district, the statement said.

It added Daesh media wing in-charge Mubarez Hammas and six others had been arrested in the night raid.

Security forces suffered no casualties in the operation.
