Contract
KABUL, Jan, 22, 2011: Jarullah Mansoori, minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, exchanges document with Prof. Gul Rahman Qazi, head of the independent commission for overseeing the implementation of the constitution after singing a contract in Kabul on Saturday.
The contract is aimed at creating awareness among villagers about the constitution.
