Wolesi Jirga member Fatema Aziz passed away

KABUL (Pajhwok): Wolesi Jirga Member Fatima Aziz has passed away in a Switzerland hospital, her family members acknowledged on Friday.

Fatema Aziz, 48, was representative of Ghazni people in the lower house and was suffering from cancer in recent months.

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Fatema Aziz and termed her true representative of people.
