JALALABAD, Feb 22, 2011: Residents of eastern Nangarhar province participate in the funeral ceremony of late Fazal Hadi Shinwari, former chief justice and head of Afghanistan Council, on Tuesday. Buried at Hada Najmuddin Graveyard, Shinwari died due to brain hemorrhage in India, where he was under treatment, at the age of about 83, on Monday morning, his relatives had said.
