KABUL (Pajhwok): The High Council for National Reconciliation (HCNR) chairman and former president Hamid Karzai have agreed to send an authorised delegation to negotiate with the Taliban in Qatar.
A statement from his office said Karzai and Abdullah Abdullah met on Sunday morning. The discussed the plan to send a high-level delegation to Qatar for talks with Taliban.
