KABUL (Pajhwok): Six people, including two commanders of the Resistance Front, were killed in northern Baghlan province, an official said on Saturday.
Baghlan Information and Cultual Affairs Head Mawlavi Mustafa Hashami said some members of the Resistance Front were active in the Pul Hesar district against government.
He said a clash between the Taliban and Resistance Front took place on Friday in which six people, including their two commanders Yaqoub and imam Gul were killed.
No government forces were killed during the clash.
Separately, the Taliban and Resistance Front fighters clashed in Qasan valley of De Salah district, local residents said on the condition of anonymity.
