KABUL (Pajhwok): Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) chief Manzoor Pashteen and lawmaker Mohsin Dawar have condemned Pakistani forces’ airstrikes in Afghanistan.
Pashteen denounced as a war crime Pakistan’s airstrikes in the Kunar and Khost provinces of Afghanistan. Several people, including children and women, were killed in the raids.
On his Twitter handle, the PTM chief wrote: “The news regarding Pakistan airstrikes in Afghanistan, where women and children were killed, are regrettable. The reason behind the entire war has been Pakistan’s strategic depth policy.”
PTM’s National Assembly member Mohsin Dawar also condemned the raids and demanded an investigation against those who ordered the strikes.
Two days back, Pakistani forces targeted some villages in Khost and Kunar provinces, inflicting casualties on common people.
